My Savior, My Friend

There is only one Savior for me,
It's Jesus the Nazarene.
He conquered death, hell and the grave,
For He knew there was mankind that he chose to save.

He died, was buried, rose again the third day,
He truly is the truth, the life and the way.
Sometimes there are trials, troubles and strife,
But my Friend can give eternal life.

There are hardships and difficulties that we must face,
But my Friend can give you love, peace and grace.
When there are many things you can't discern,
To my Friend I pray you will turn.
