Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego

Shadrack, Meshach and Abednego,
Lived a very long time ago.
They worshipped God each and every day,
"Worship me and not your God"--the king did say--
"At what ever time the music sounds,
You will bow down upon the ground.
Whoever chooses not to worship me,
The fiery furnace is where you'll be."
The three chose not to worship Him,
They didn't worship images made by men.
God is the one and only way;
This is the God they would obey.
When in the fiery furnace they were thrown,
The crowd began to gasp and moan.
Three men were thrown in and fell on the ground,
And when the king looked in, he saw four men walking around.
Jesus came down to protect the three,
Just believe and worship Him and by your side He will be.
They did exactly what they were supposed to do,
Which is serve Him daily and love Him too.
